The intellectual property behind the content and technology that make Hudhudo's journey unique is fully protected.
1. Ownership of the brand and characters
All intellectual property rights to the platform's name and logo, and the official "Hudhudo" character with its artwork and models, are the exclusive property of Hudhudo. They may not be used, imitated, or republished without prior written permission.
2. Educational content and illustrations
This includes all interactive learning games, written and visual stories, artwork, audio tracks, and digital learning maps. Copying or reusing this material for commercial purposes is prohibited; it is made available solely for the direct personal use of the enrolled student.
3. Licenses and authorized use
Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. Only parents and teachers may print individual child performance reports or interactive worksheets explicitly made available for download as PDF, for their own personal, home, or school educational use.
4. Protection and legal action
We take the protection of intellectual property seriously. Any violation of these rights, or any attempt to copy the platform's source code, hack it, or publish its content without authorization, will expose the offender to legal action and immediate account termination, with the possibility of pursuing appropriate damages under international and local copyright law.
